Accessible Seating & Tickets
Accessible seating is available on the concourse seating level of SaskTel Centre.
Seating locations may vary depending on the event configuration.
Accessible tickets are intended for guests with accessible needs and their companions only.
Blades & Rush Games – Lower Level Seating
For Saskatoon Blades and Saskatchewan Rush games, an elevator is available to provide access to lower-level accessible seating in Sections W and X.
Arena Floor Access (Concerts & Events) – Due to emergency egress and safety requirements, the arena floor is not wheelchair accessible. Guests using wheelchairs or other mobility devices are not permitted to access the arena floor for concerts or events. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of all guests and to maintain clear emergency exit routes as required by Saskatchewan safety legislation.Â
To purchase accessible seating:
- Call the SaskTel Centre Box Office at 306‑938‑7800, or
- Visit the Box Office in person during operating hours
Guests are encouraged to contact the Box Office in advance to ensure appropriate accommodations are available.
Accessible parking is available in two lots at SaskTel Centre. Lot A1 (west side of venue), and Lot D1 (east side of venue). Designated spaces are available for vehicles displaying a valid parking permit. These accessible spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accessible drop-off/pick-up location for SaskTel Centre is located via Gate 5 (Thatcher Ave & 60th Street) or the south entrance of the venue.
Access Transit drop-off/pick-up is also at this location.
First aid treatment room is located on the main concourse across from section Z, behind Slice’d. This station is staffed with trained emergency medical personnel during events. If you require medical attention, please notify the nearest SaskTel Centre event staff member for assistance.
SaskTel Centre welcomes service animals that are specifically trained to assist a person with a disability, in accordance with the Saskatchewan Human Rights Code.
Service animals are permitted in all public areas of the venue where guests are normally allowed, subject to applicable safety requirements.
Service Animal Guidelines:
- The service animal must be under the control of the handler at all times and remain leashed, harnessed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the animal’s ability to safely perform its duties.
- Service animals must remain with the guest in their designated seating area and are not permitted to occupy aisles, walkways, or emergency egress routes.
- Guests are responsible for the care, supervision, and behaviour of their service animal at all times.
Important Distinction:
Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support without specialized training are not considered service animals under Saskatchewan law and are not permitted inside the venue.
If you or a member of your party will be attending an event with a service animal, we recommend contacting SaskTel Centre’s Box Office in advance to assist with seating accommodations and event‑specific considerations.

ElevatorÂ
- SaskTel Centre has one public‑access elevator, available for select events and seating areas. For concerts and events, the elevator does not provide access to the arena floor, as the floor is not wheelchair accessible. For Saskatoon Blades and Saskatchewan Rush games, the elevator is available to access lower‑level accessible seating in Sections W and X. Elevator availability may vary depending on event configuration. Guests requiring assistance should speak with a SaskTel Centre Representative upon arrival.
Wheelchair Escort
- Guests with mobility challenges who do not have access to a wheelchair may request a wheelchair to transport the individual to/from their seat, free of charge. Please be aware that our medical personnel cannot remain with you during the event, nor will they allow you to remain in or keep the wheelchair for the duration of the event. Please allow for extra time so that you may be accommodated prior to the event start. For assistance, ask a SaskTel Centre Representative when you arrive.
Wheelchair Storage
- For guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their wheelchair, we will store your wheelchair. Please speak to the SaskTel Centre Representative at your seating section for assistance.
Assisted Listening Devices / Interpreted Performances
- SaskTel Centre is able to provide services for the deaf and hard of hearing upon request for select events. We will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advanced notice. Please contact SaskTel Centre for further information.
SaskTel Centre offers Listen Everywhere, directly to guests’ smartphones through a free, fully customizable app. This service is complimentary and available for most events at the arena.
The free app is available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play and works with both iOS and Android devices.

To use Assistive Listening at SaskTel Centre:
- Connect to Listening Assistance Wi-fi network in your settings.
- Enter Password LetMeHear
- Download the app or open the app.
- Connect headset device or Bluetooth device.
- Select SaskTel Centre channel and press play.
Please note:
- SaskTel Centre does not provide devices, headsets or receivers.
- Assistive Listening may not be available for all events.
- You may need to reconnect the wi-fi network for return visits.
- Guests requiring additional assistance accessing this service can visit the Guest Services Desk on the main concourse.
