SaskTel Centre strives to provide superior service to all of our guests, including those with special needs. We provide a range of accommodations for our guests, allowing comfort in our facilities and enjoyment of our events for everyone.
Outlined here you will find quick guidelines of our accessibility features, from ticket purchase procedures, first aid capabilities, and accessible restrooms. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Accessible seating is available on the concourse seating level of the SaskTel Centre. Seating locations may vary depending upon the event. Accessible tickets are for fans with accessible needs and their companions only.
To purchase accessible seating:

Accessible parking is available in two lots at SaskTel Centre. Lot A1 (west side of venue), and Lot D1 (east side of venue). Designated spaces are available for vehicles displaying a valid parking permit. These accessible spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accessible drop-off/pick-up location for SaskTel Centre is located via Gate 5 (Thatcher Ave & 60th Street) or the south entrance of the venue.
Access Transit drop-off/pick-up is also at this location.
First aid treatment room is located on the main concourse across from section Z, behind Slice’d. This station is staffed with trained emergency medical personnel during events. If you require medical attention, please notify the nearest SaskTel Centre event staff member for assistance.
Service animals that are specifically trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability are welcome in SaskTel Centre. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness, and be under control of the guest or designee. The service animal must rest in the seating area with the individual and not in the aisle. If you or a member of your party is bringing service animal to an event, we recommend that you contact SaskTel Centre at 306-938-7800.

- SaskTel Centre has one public access elevator for select events. Please see any guest services representative or security guard, if you should require any assistance.
- Guests with mobility challenges who do not have access to a wheelchair may request a wheelchair to transport the individual to/from their seat, free of charge. Please be aware that our medical personnel cannot remain with you during the event, nor will they allow you to remain in or keep the wheelchair for the duration of the event. Please allow for extra time so that you may be accommodated prior to the event start. For assistance, ask a guest services representative or a security guard for when you arrive.
- For guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their wheelchair, we will store your wheelchair. Please speak to the usher at your section for assistance.
- SaskTel Centre is able to provide services for the deaf and hard of hearing upon request for select events. We will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advanced notice. Please contact us for further information.
