SaskTel Centre Guest Code Of Conduct
SaskTel Centre is committed to providing an enjoyable and safe environment for all guests to experience and exceeding your expectations with excellent customer service. When you attend an event at SaskTel Centre, you can expect first-class service, a safe and clean environment, concessionaires that serve a variety of quality food, and courteous and knowledgeable staff. All event day staff work together to ensure your experience is a positive one. As a guest at SaskTel Centre, you are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate behaviour at all times. Guests who fail to comply with the SaskTel Centre Center Code of Conduct are subject to ejection.
Guests shall be respectful of all other guests, fans, participants, referees, entertainers, athletes, arena staff and arena property.
Guests shall not willfully or maliciously disturb a guest/employee with a loud unreasonable noise and shall not interfere in other guests’ enjoyment of the event (verbal or physical harassment).
Guests shall present their purchased ticket when requested and sit in the ticketed seat location.
Guests who drink alcoholic beverages shall do so in a responsible manner.
Guests shall not smoke, vape or use tobacco products within or on SaskTel Centre property.
Guests shall refrain from using offensive language, making obscene gestures, throwing objects, and possessing prohibited items.
Guests shall never enter the playing or performance area, or interfere with the event in any fashion.
Guests shall comply with the direction and instructions of SaskTel Centre staff.
Guests shall not sell tickets or merchandise on SaskTel Centre property.
Any other conduct deemed by SaskTel Centre to be inappropriate to the peace and good order of events, or which may adversely affect the safety of persons or property, will be handled immediately by our staff.
All SaskTel Centre guests are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Guests who fail to comply with the SaskTel Centre Code of Conduct are subject to ejection from the arena. We want all our guests and fans to enjoy their visit to SaskTel Centre. If, at any time, you cannot enjoy the event to its fullest, please speak with any SaskTel Centre staff member.
Guest Services And Policies
This guide is intended to highlight some of the features of SaskTel Centre. If you need more information, you may visit Guest Services located on the main concourse at Section D. You may also reach a SaskTel Centre representative by calling (306) 938-7800 during regular business hours or texting (306) 491-7777 during any event.
Alcohol Management
For most events at SaskTel Centre, alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. SaskTel Centre staff is trained in responsible alcohol management as mandated through the Government of Saskatchewan Serve it Right program.
- Alcohol sales will be limited to up to two alcoholic beverages per customer per transaction*
- All guests may be required to show government issued photo ID to purchase alcohol. Expired ID is not accepted without secondary ID.
- Guests shall not bring in alcoholic beverages from outside or leave with alcohol purchased inside SaskTel Centre.
- Alcohol service will come to an end at a predetermined time at each event.**
- Management reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest.
- SaskTel Centre reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who appears to be intoxicated.
It is the policy of SaskTel Centre to require all guests who appear to be thirty-five (35) years of age or younger to present a valid form of ID with proof of age to purchase alcoholic beverages at the venue. Guests in the possession of alcoholic beverages can be requested to produce identification at any time. Individuals who engage in the purchase of alcoholic beverages for minors or minors presenting falsified identification will be ejected from SaskTel Centre and reported to Saskatoon Police Service.
*On occasion the number of alcoholic beverages may be reduced to one. This is at the discretion of SaskTel Centre management.
**Alcohol service end times are posted at each bar and concession location.
SaskTel Centre appreciates that guests with allergies have specific concerns that impact their ability to attend and enjoy events and will make best efforts to accommodate with reasonable advanced notice.
Peanuts are not available for sale at SaskTel Centre; however, some concession food items may contain nuts or other allergens.
Guests with dietary restrictions related to their allergies may be permitted to bring food or non-alcoholic beverages into SaskTel Centre for personal consumption, but this will require management approval prior to guest’s arrival. Items without prior approval will be denied at entrance. Items are subject to specific event security restrictions (i.e.: hard-sided beverage containers).

Only trained service animals for guests with disabilities are permitted at SaskTel Centre.
Service animals should wear a harness or vests with patches identifying them as working, animal must be leashed or tethered unless special circumstances exist. Service animal will be required to rest in the seating area and not in the aisle.
Any service animal that poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees, or is not housebroken, may be required to leave the venue.
The accompaniment of a pet, emotional support animals or therapy animals, which provide therapeutic benefits, but do not have specialized training to provide services for a disabled person, are not permitted in SaskTel Centre.
SaskTel Centre washrooms are equipped with baby change tables. To locate the nearest washroom or nursing mothers area, please ask any SaskTel Centre Staff member.
SaskTel Centre asks all guests to arrive early and travel light. All guests and bags are subject to screening. No bags or backpacks will be permitted into SaskTel Centre except personal bags smaller than 12”x12”x12”. Diaper and medical bags will be screened prior to entry.
Any guest refusing screening of themselves or their bags will be denied entry.
SaskTel Centre does not provide an area to check bags, coats, or any other personal belongings. SaskTel Centre is not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged from anywhere on SaskTel Centre property.
For your convenience, ATMs are located throughout SaskTel Centre.
Unless otherwise specified by teams or touring act management, SaskTel Centre permits guests to bring small signs, banners, posters and flags inside the building to show fan support during events. The following guidelines apply:
- Item shall not be larger than 11″ x 17″
- Item must be related to the event
- Item shall not advertise any product or service
- Item shall not be attached to a stick/pole
- Item shall not be hung, attached, or displayed on any part of the building or anywhere on SaskTel Centre property
- Item shall not contain or display obscene/offensive language and/or pictures, as determined by SaskTel Centre or team/event management
- Item shall not be constructed or displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other guests, or in any way create a safety hazard for others as determined by SaskTel Centre management
SaskTel Centre reserves the right to remove any banner, sign etc. Please note that certain events may not allow signs or banners of any kind, without advanced notice.
Outside food and beverages, including water, are not permitted in SaskTel Centre at any time. This includes personal water bottles and travel mugs.
Exceptions:
- Parents with small children may bring plastic bottles of formula or milk inside of the venue.
- Guests with dietary restrictions related to allergies may bring in food and non-alcoholic beverages with prior SaskTel Centre management approval
Water and cups are available at all concession locations and will be provided upon request.
Non-professional, non-flash, still photography is permitted at most events. Approved devices include cell phones and small point and shoot cameras.
For some events, at the request of the artist/performer/team, the use of cameras of any type may be prohibited. In these situations, SaskTel Centre will post information for guests in advance. Guests are asked to review this information and not bring cameras to the event. SaskTel Centre will not store cameras brought to an event where photography is prohibited.
Video recording devices, audio recording devices, action cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted in SaskTel Centre at any time.
This policy will be strictly enforced, and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion.
Please check the event profile for your specific event for the minimum age requirement prior to your purchase of tickets. For most SaskTel Centre events, children age two (2) or older require a ticket to gain admittance. Any child who has yet to reach their second birthday does not require a ticket, however, they must share a seat with an accompanying ticketed adult.
Please note that some shows (especially those intended for children) or games will have a different policy and may require all children to have a ticket.

SaskTel Centre does not provide an area to check coats or any other personal belongings. SaskTel Centre is not responsible for any belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged from anywhere on its property.
If you would like to express a compliment, comment, or concern prior to or after an event, please use the contact us page, and you will be responded to as quickly as possible.
During an event, please visit our Guest Services desk located near section C on the main concourse or speak with the nearest SaskTel Centre employee.
Guests may report directly to our event command centre by texting the location and issue to 306-491-7777.

Guests are permitted to wear costumes while attending events at SaskTel Centre. However, the costume may not conceal any of their face while walking through security screening or when purchasing alcohol. SaskTel Centre reserves the right to ask anyone to remove their mask at any time during the event. This policy may be adjusted for specific events.
Automated External Defibrillators (AED’s) can be found within SaskTel Centre.
Unless otherwise stated, guests will be able to enter SaskTel Centre one hour prior to the scheduled start time of most events.
Trained SaskTel Centre staff and security personnel will ensure the security and safety of all guests, performers, and employees at SaskTel Centre. In the case of an emergency, guests must comply with requests from venue staff.
First aid treatment room is located on the main concourse across from section Z, behind Slice’d concession. This station is staffed with trained first aid personnel during events. If you require first aid, please notify the nearest SaskTel Centre event staff member for assistance.
The distribution of promotional items, flyers, printed materials, sampling, and distribution of products is not permitted without prior approval from SaskTel Centre and/or its tenants.
SaskTel Centre gift cards are available for purchase in any denomination. Gift cards are valid at all concession and bar locations. To purchase or for more information contact us.

SaskTel Centre Guest Services is located on the main concourse near to section C. Please visit the Guest Services desk for information, or if you have concerns, or issues during SaskTel Centre events.
If you notice a spill or housekeeping concern while at SaskTel Centre, please notify the nearest SaskTel Centre staff member or text 306-491-7777 followed by the location and concern.
SaskTel Centre provides guests with an in-arena texting service, allowing guests to text issues to building management anonymously and discretely without having to leave their seat. Guests may text the issue and location to 306-491-7777 during any event.

SaskTel Centre rarely cancels or postpones events due to inclement weather. Guests will be notified immediately of a cancelled or postponed event, via our website and/or event contact information.
Free Internet/Wi-Fi access is available to SaskTel customers at SaskTel Centre events. If you are using a wireless LTE device on the SaskTel network, just make sure the Wi-Fi on your phone is on to automatically connect to selectWI-FI.
If you have lost or found an item while at an event, please speak with a nearby staff member for further assistance.
Following an event, please contact the SaskTel Centre Box Office at 306-938-7800 to inquire about items that may have been lost while in attendance.
Items will be kept for 30 days. SaskTel Centre is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Lost children/guest should be accompanied to the nearest SaskTel Centre staff member. Parents unable to locate a child should immediately contact the nearest SaskTel Centre staff member.
Event merchandise is available for purchase at most events at various locations throughout SaskTel Centre.
Saskatoon Blades merchandise is available at the Frozen Pond, the official team store, located on the main concourse across from section Z.
Saskatchewan Rush merchandise is available on the main concourse at various locations.
Saskatchewan Rattlers merchandise is available on the main concourse across from section E.
There are phone charging stations located on the main concourse at section C and section P.

- Backpacks and bags (diaper bags, and non-backpacks smaller than 12” x 12” x 12” are permitted and subject to search)

- Beach balls and other inflatables
- Bottles, cans, insulated bottles, travel mugs and other beverage containers
- Professional cameras and photography equipment, or cameras with detachable lenses. Small point & shoot cameras are permitted.
- Video cameras
- Monopods, tripods and selfie sticks
- Clothing or material with profane language or obscene graphics
- Electronic cigarettes and vaping devices
- Fireworks, flares or other pyrotechnics
- Headwear or clothing that may impede the view of other guests
- Laptop computers, iPads, or tablets
- Laser pointer devices
- Aerosol cans
- Two-way radios
- Whistles and noisemakers which produce an excessive volume of noise such as megaphone or air-powered horns.
- Baby strollers
- Sticks, poles, or umbrellas
- Weapons and any other items deemed as a weapon (knives, mace, bear spray, box-cutters, firearms, wallet chains, brass knuckles etc.
SaskTel Centre and its event operators/promoters reserve the right to allow or deny access to any item(s) depending on the nature of the event.
SaskTel Centre encourages all guests to recycle food and beverage containers and other recyclable items. Recycling collection bins are located throughout SaskTel Centre on all concourse levels and in the suites. Please check the signage on the recycling containers to ensure appropriate items are placed within.
SaskTel Centre has a no re-entry policy, except in the case of medical situations or emergencies.
Guests with medical emergencies or other emergencies who wish to leave and return to the building must report to a staff or security team member located at the exit points for further instructions.
Re-entry will be denied to any guest who leaves the building and wishes to return without prior consent from a SaskTel Centre staff member.
SaskTel Centre has a no refund, no exchange policy on tickets for all events.
Due to the impact of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the scheduling of events for which you have purchased tickets has been affected. Please note the following refund policy for events impacted:
Cancelled Events
If the event for which you bought tickets was cancelled, as indicated on your Ticketmaster account or SaskTel Centre website, you are entitled to a refund of the paid value. Refunds will be returned at the point-of-purchase and funds returned to the method of payment used for the original purchase.
Rescheduled, Postponed and Moved Events
If the event for which you bought tickets was cancelled, rescheduled, postponed, or moved, as indicated on your Ticketmaster account or SaskTel Centre website, you will either: (a) keep your tickets and any add-ons, which will remain valid or (b) you will have a limited time to request a refund. This refund, if offered, is provided by the event organizer/promoter, and not by SaskTel Centre.
For your safety and security, all guests and their belongings are subject to search prior to admission. All events require bag checks and select events may involve metal detector wands, and/or manual pat-down searches by trained security personnel. SaskTel Centre reserves the right to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the event or other guests. Refer to prohibited items list.
Any guest who refuses to comply with SaskTel Centre security procedures will be denied entry with no refund.
SaskTel Centre is a smoke-free facility. In accordance with City of Saskatoon Bylaw #8286, use of electronic cigarettes, vaping devices and chewing tobacco is prohibited within the facility and while on SaskTel Centre property.
Use of cannabis (including for medical use) in SaskTel Centre is prohibited as per The Cannabis Control (Saskatchewan) Act (Bill 121).
This policy is strictly enforced, and guests found to be in violation are subject to ejection with no refund.
SaskTel Centre has no designated smoking areas.
Guests are allowed to stand during an event, provided that they are only occupying the area in front of their ticketed seat. Standing in aisles, and on chairs is strictly prohibited.
Guests standing in front of their seat shall be respectful of others around them and avoid blocking the view of other guests.
Tablets, iPads, or laptop computers are prohibited at SaskTel Centre events.
Exception is made for media with appropriate credentials for sporting or major events and small children at Saskatoon Blades games are permitted to use tablets/iPad. Please note, the device must not obstruct the view of other guests and remain on user’s lap.
The temperature inside SaskTel Centre during hockey games is maintained at approximately 18° C (65° F). Of course, the temperature may vary depending on your proximity to the ice surface. SaskTel Centre recommends guests consider wearing layered clothing or bring a jacket or sweater if you are attending a hockey game.
The temperature inside SaskTel Centre for all other events may vary greatly due to logistics and artist requests. The performing artist(s) may have the temperature adjusted to their liking. When attending a concert in the winter months, you may want to consider wearing lighter clothing under your heavier layers.
Ticketmaster is the only official ticketing provider for SaskTel Centre. If you aren’t purchasing tickets directly from ticketmaster.ca, SaskTel Centre is unable to guarantee that tickets will be legitimate and we urge buyers to be careful.
Remember, buyer beware! If you should choose to purchase tickets from a third party, please take note of the following:
- Admission will be refused if tickets are invalid
- SaskTel Centre will not replace any third-party tickets that are lost or stolen
- SaskTel Centre cannot contact you with information in regards to time changes, show cancellations, or other important information, so please contact the venue or check our website for event information
- SaskTel Centre cannot refund third-party tickets

As a courtesy to your fellow fans, we ask that you do not walk around in the seating area until there is a stoppage in play (during hockey games).
During other events, we ask that you wait for a break between songs or activities to walk around so that you do not block the view of those fans who are seated and watching the performance.
