What Fans Can Expect When Returning To SaskTel Centre
SaskTel Centre is committed to hosting world-class sports and entertainment with the goal of keeping all fans, guests, employees, players, and artists safe.
Please note that:
- due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be special fan health and safety protocols/requirements applicable to particular events at SaskTel Centre, which could include, without limitation, mandatory masks, evidence of a COVID-19 negative test for unvaccinated fans, or a vaccinated-only environment. We will advise primary ticket purchasers for events to the health and safety protocols applicable to the particular event when determined, which shall be informed by any of Saskatchewan Health Authority, City of Saskatoon, event promoters, and/or sport-governing body.

Current Saskatchewan Public Health Measures
Face Masks
Following the Government of Saskatchewan’s updated COVID-19 health and safety guidance effective Monday, Feb. 28, masks are optional for guests to wear in our venue. Guests are welcome to wear masks.
Enhanced Cleaning & Disinfecting
We have implemented enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures intended to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19. Our Clean Team will be working hard to keep fans staff.
Contactless
Your phone is your ticket and payment options at concessions and bars are contactless (Debit, VISA, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash accepted).
Air Flow & Filtration
SaskTel Centre has upgraded air filtration within the arena and our system will be operated to maximize ventilation rate in response to outdoor climate conditions and occupancy with a fresh air delivery whenever possible.
Sanitizer Stations
We’ve added approximately 130 hand sanitizer stations (dispensing solution with at least 70% alcohol) throughout SaskTel Centre.
