SaskTel Centre’s Box Office is open 9:30AM -5:30PM Monday to Friday, 12PM-5PM Saturday and Closed Sunday & Stat Holidays. Please note, this may change without notice. Tickets are also available for purchase at ticketmaster.ca for all upcoming events. SaskTel Centre Call Centre: 306-938-7800.
For most events, doors open 60 minutes prior to start time. This may vary by event. For specific information, please contact us or check the event specific page on this website.
For most events, children age 2 or older require a ticket to gain admittance to SaskTel Centre. Children younger than 2 do not require a ticket, but they may not occupy their own seat and must sit on a parent’s or guardian’s lap. Please note, for certain children’s events, such as the performances of Disney Live!, all children who have reached their first birthday require a ticket. Please check the specific event profile for the minimum age requirement prior to your purchase of tickets.Â
For Saskatoon Blades and Saskatchewan Rush games, children aged 2 and under get in free with the purchase of an adult ticket. Please contact the SaskTel Centre Box Office for more information.
Backpacks and large bags/purses are not permitted. All items brought into SaskTel Centre are subject to a security search.
Keep your tickets in a safe place until the event. If they are lost or stolen, please let us know as soon as possible. Proof of purchase will be required and tickets can be re-issued.
When purchasing tickets by phone or online, you may choose to pick them up at the SaskTel Centre Box Office Will Call window. Please be prepared to quote the phone number used to purchase the tickets, as well as a photo I.D. The purchaser must pick-up the tickets. Tickets will not be released to any other party other than the purchaser.Â
Press and VIP tickets, or tickets left by a third party, may also be picked up at Will Call prior to the event. Photo I.D. is required.
While policies vary from one event to another, absolutely no professional cameras, video recording equipment, or tablets/IPads are allowed in the building. Contact the SaskTel Centre box office for more information.
Ticketmaster is the only official ticketing provider for SaskTel Centre. If you aren’t purchasing tickets directly from ticketmaster.ca, SaskTel Centre is unable to guarantee that tickets will be legitimate and we urge buyers to be careful.
Remember, buyer beware! If you should choose to purchase tickets from a third party, please take note of the following:
- Admission will be refused if tickets are invalid
- SaskTel Centre will not replace any third-party tickets that are lost or stolen
- SaskTel Centre cannot contact you with information in regards to time changes, show cancellations, or other important information, so please contact the venue or check our website for event information
- SaskTel Centre cannot refund third-party tickets
All lost and found items are taken to Guest Services. To inquire about a lost item, please call 306-938-7800 with a description of the item and the date it was lost. After 30 days, all items will be donated or discarded.
In the event of a cancellation, tickets will be returned to your point of purchase for a refund. If tickets were ordered by phone or online, a refund will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
